Established in March 2011, BandWagon Magazine is a key player in the music scene of Northern Colorado and Cheyenne. Operating from its base in the Moxi Theater in Downtown Greeley, the magazine offers comprehensive coverage of both local and nationally touring artists. It has grown to become an invaluable resource for music enthusiasts in the region, serving up insightful news and features that contribute to a dynamic music culture.

In 2021, the BandWagon family expanded with the addition of BandWagon Presents. Today BandWagon Presents creates an array of live music experiences across Colorado and Wyoming. From intimate local shows to large-scale events, BandWagon Presents plays an essential role in enhancing the regional music scene and for platforming artists.

We usually accept up to one or two intern(s) per semester and are searching for individuals who are:

Self-motivated proficient in with social media platforms, good communicators, & interested and knowledgable of local and national music scene. Bonus if you are proficient with Adobe Suite, willing to work outside comfort zone, & creative.

PROMOTER / TALENT COORDINATOR INTERN

  • Assist with designing, contracting, and booking talent and events
  • Work with the team to promote those shows by any means necessary

MARKETING & SALES INTERN

  • Sell print and online advertisement space to local businesses
  • Assist with ad design to create thought-provoking & eye-catching campaigns
  • Assist with print distribution

DIGITAL MEDIA INTERN

  • Curate online concert calendar
  • Assist with social media management (Websites, Facebook, Twitter, Text Messaging, etc.)
  • Produce blog content

PHOTOGRAPHY INTERN

  • Take photos of local concerts, events, etc. for articles and other content online & in print
  • We accept one intern per semester and are searching for individuals who are self-motivated

EDITORIAL INTERN

  • Copy edit articles in print issues and blog posts online
  • Write articles for print edition
  • Assist with layout and design for print edition
